Created a comparative user journey to identify its original process challenges and opportunities. Demonstrated how to transform its processes into a simplified but optimal experience while maintaining the company's practices. Swiftly adapted design changes based on stakeholder feedback to enhance user experience and increase user adoption and involvement with an expedited delivery timeline.
